24 hour prior appointment. Upon cancellation with less than 48 hours, payment of 50% of the budgeted amount will be required.

The pick up and drop off in the Douro and Tua Valley can be wherever it is most convenient for the customer Outside the Douro and Tua Valley (eg Lisbon, Porto) will add the transfer service, which will be done in a vehicle of type different, charged separately. Children up to 3 years old are free, between 4 years old and 11 years old have a 50% discount.

The proposals presented will always be for a minimum of two people.
